My LiFe: My Newton Run 2010.

Newton 25km/12km Challenge Kuala Lumpur 2010 September 26, 2010

I had join Men Open 25km. First time I was straight to full marathon at Newton Challenge Run compare to before I took only 10km at KL Standard Chartered Marathon 2010. This Newton run located at Bandar Kinrara,Puchong, Selangor. I try to challenge myself. The run it's start at 6:30 in the morning but they were delay 15min. So, it's start at 6:45am. The run which i joined together with Michael Liu & Nicholas Liaw. Jing Zhi was sicked on tat day but he is half of mental man tat he had join Desaru International Long Distance Triathlon . Anyway, Michael Liu is my pace tat we had join 25km. Nicholas Liaw was join 12km.

Besides, I melt my trainers(MSU Athelic Club) on the starting line. I was follow up them to the run. They were the faster than me. By the way, we running until sunrise. Thereafter, it's was hot weather. Fuhh~~ My whole body have been sweating while the sun bbq my skin. This Bandar Kinrara really have many hills to run up and down. Run to the hill had made me feel challenging. I tried to use what I had train from my trainer.

Finally, I had finished it around 3 hours. There almost reach to 10:00am. The feeling is great and cool when wanna reach to the finish line. After reached to the finish line, they gave finisher T-shirt and medal. The medal have a limit to 50% of the runners. Meanwhile, my legs were exhausted. Eventhough, my NB shoes supporting me until to end of the run. I was sad when checked up NB tread already worn 1 site. This because my running position was wrong. Anyway, I was enjoyed this run. Wow...really shiok lar. (>.<)
